Sunca sells exclusively through flooring dealers, builders and installation contractors. If you sell flooring in Ontario and want a distributor that stocks locally, publishes real specifications and never competes with you at retail, start here.
What a Sunca account includes
Trade pricing with volume tiers
Dealer pricing on every stocked collection, with tiered pricing as annual volume grows. We do not sell retail, so your margin isn't undercut by the distributor.
Showroom display support
Sample boards and colour chains for the collections you carry, plus replacement pieces when a board gets damaged on the floor.
Stock confirmation before you quote
Call or email for a live stock check on any SKU before you commit to a job. We'll flag anything running low or on a container.
Pickup or scheduled delivery
Same-week pickup at our Concord warehouse on stocked items, or scheduled delivery across southern Ontario.
Specification help on live jobs
Talk to someone who knows the products when a subfloor comes back wet or a client changes a width three days before install.
Special orders and containers
Beyond the stocked program we import to order. Bring us a species, width and volume and we'll quote availability and lead time.

We verify and set up terms
We confirm your business registration, discuss volume expectations and set up your pricing tier and account terms.

Displays and first order
We arrange sample boards for your showroom and walk through stock, box quantities and lead times on your first order.
