Privacy policy

When you send a contact, dealer or sample request we collect what you type in: your name, company, email, phone, location and message. We also record which page you sent it from, whether you agreed to be contacted, and whether you asked for product updates.

If you use the room visualizer, the photo you upload is sent to an AI image service to create the preview. We don't keep your photo after the preview is made.

Only to answer your request: sending samples, setting up a dealer account, or quoting. We only send product updates if you ticked that box, and every update has a way to unsubscribe. We never sell your information.

Requests are stored on secure cloud servers that only Sunca staff can access. We keep them for as long as needed to serve you, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires longer.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We save one small setting on your device to remember that you've closed the cookie notice. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and only loads when you click "Show map"; once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If we ever add analytics, we'll ask for your permission first.

We rely on these service providers to run the site:

• Lovable — website hosting, delivered over Cloudflare's network.
• Lovable Cloud — secure database that stores form requests.
• Cloudflare — network security and Turnstile, our "prove you're human" check.
• Google Gemini (through the Lovable AI gateway) — creates room visualizer previews.
• Google Maps — the contact-page map and looking up dealer locations.
• OpenStreetMap — map tiles on the dealer map.
• Google Workspace (Sheets and Drive) — site text and photos.
• Zoho Mail — receiving and answering your emails.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Your photo is sent directly to the AI service to make the preview. It is never saved on our servers or in our database, and it is discarded as soon as the preview is returned.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@sunca.ca and we'll reply within 30 days.
